Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify problems by working close to customers and deciding what’s worth building.
  • •Build and automate end-to-end workflows using Command, CLI, MCP, and Mercury’s AI stack.
  • •Ship quickly with tight iteration and deploy to customers.
  • •Measure impact honestly, then iterate: kill what didn’t move and double down on what did.
  • •Operate as an autonomous team by selecting targets, shipping solutions, and owning outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Have shipped something real (product, tool, company, or open-source) that people actually use.
  • •Be able to move across the stack—PMs who can prototype and engineers with product taste.
  • •Have strong judgment about AI products, including recognizing quickly when something is wrong.
  • •Have hands-on experience building AI products, including knowledge of RAG and evals (agent harnesses are a plus).
  • •Communicate clearly and own outcomes with a focus on measurable business impact for customers.
