Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and support Azure Commercial cloud services (compute, networking, storage, identity, and platform).
  • •Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable Azure infrastructure for mission-critical environments.
  • •Engineer automated Azure landing zones and provisioning processes for fast, repeatable onboarding with minimal manual intervention.
  • •Build and configure cloud workspaces in PreProd/Prod, including Service Principals, personas, access controls, and security configurations.
  • •Integrate and govern data access between Databricks and the VHA Data Lake (linked services, mount points, catalogs), and troubleshoot provisioning/access/workspace issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years of experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or commensurate experience).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • •Expertise with Azure commercial cloud platform and secure, scalable infrastructure for mission-critical environments.
  • •Experience automating cloud provisioning workflows (e.g., Terraform, ARM, Bicep, PowerShell, Python).
  • •Experience with Databricks workspace administration and governed data access (catalogs, mount configurations, clusters), plus cloud IAM (Service Principals, RBAC, personas).
