Job Summary

Support and optimize enterprise-scale Azure data and ML workloads in a Managed Services environment. You’ll manage data pipelines, data warehouses, and BI assets, implement automation, investigate incidents, and collaborate across DevOps and ITSM processes to ensure stability and performance for clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Azure Platform Support & Monitoring: Maintain and support Azure-based data solutions including ADF pipelines, Databricks, ML models/endpoints, and Power BI dashboards; monitor and troubleshoot failures using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
•DevOps & Automation: Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for ADF, Databricks and ML deployments; develop automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to reduce manual tasks.
•SQL & Data Warehouse Operations: Write, optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries; support data warehouse environments (Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL DB, Snowflake/BigQuery in hybrid envs); monitor ETL performance.
•Issue Investigation & RCA: Investigate job failures and performance issues; perform root cause analysis and implement short/long-term solutions; develop self-healing automation.
•Service Operations & Support: Provide L2/L3 ITIL-aligned support; participate in on-call rotations; maintain SOPs, runbooks and client documentation.

•Azure Data Factory pipelines, triggers, parameterization, and monitoring
•Azure Databricks for Spark jobs, notebooks and orchestration
•Azure Machine Learning pipelines, model deployment and monitoring
•Power BI service for dataset refreshes and diagnostics
•CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; scripting in Python or PowerShell
•SQL skills for debugging, data validation and optimization; experience with Azure SQL DB or SQL Server
•Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and incident management
