Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for a plant in Phoenix, Arizona, providing daily direction to maintenance employees. Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily direction and support to the maintenance team, including troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
•Observe the plant in operation to ensure equipment functions properly and operates at optimal quality and performance.
•Maintain a preventative maintenance program, including assigning daily tasks, maintaining records, creating/modifying PMs as needed, and auditing PMs.
•Ensure compliance with EH&S requirements and continuously maintain a safe environment for employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors.
•Work with the Plant Manager daily to prioritize and address production team needs, including maintaining spare parts inventory and providing leadership for the maintenance team.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager (or equivalent combination of experience, training, and education), with an associated degree preferred.
•Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment used in industrial manufacturing.
•Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawings.
