Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly interact with regional sales executive, commercial sales leaders, and relationship managers on in-market sales strategy and support.
  • •Provide direction and drive accountability for commercial analyst results.
  • •Monitor and audit commercial analyst workflow and review analyst outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • •Hire, onboard, train, and coach commercial analysts, including conducting mid-year and annual performance reviews.
  • •Partner with Middle Market Leadership, Credit, Underwriting partners, and other designated partners to identify and implement ongoing process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of commercial banking experience in credit structuring and analysis, sales functions, risk assessment, and commercial banking products/services.
  • •Minimum of 5 years working in credit structuring & financial analysis, including commercial middle market credit structuring.
  • •Minimum of 5 years working in commercial middle market underwriting and financial analysis.
  • •Minimum of 1 year leadership experience, including demonstrated experience identifying, developing, growing, and managing teams.
  • •Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation and ability to strengthen effective working relationships among team members and partners.
