  • •Deliver design projects across design-bid-build, design-build, and alternative delivery frameworks from inception through completion for electrical systems.
  • •Apply advanced electrical engineering techniques to improve project phases including concept development, preliminary/final design, procurement, construction, and operation.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional engineering teams across multiple concurrent projects, including budgets, tracking hours/expenses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Prepare technical reports, presentations, calculations, and data visualizations, and provide key technical input to pursuit efforts while managing client relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer.
  • •Professional Engineering license and 3+ years of experience in Alternative Delivery projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in the DOD industry, including DOD criteria (FC 1-300-9N, UFC 3-501-01, UFC 3-550-01).
  • •Proficiency with electrical planning/design and construction management, including compliance and permitting, plus technical writing and design software tools.
