Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, commissioning, and service for HVAC, building automation, fire alarm, access control, and related systems.
  • •Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex field service issues and provide technical guidance to other technicians.
  • •Diagnose electrical, mechanical, controls, communication, and system-level problems using schematics, drawings, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation.
  • •Install, configure, program, commission, test, and optimize building automation and control systems, including sensors/controllers/actuators and communication networks.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of field service experience supporting HVAC, building automation/controls, fire alarm, access control, or related building systems.
  • •Advanced troubleshooting experience with HVAC controls/BAS, electrical systems, low-voltage systems, fire alarm, access control, or related building technologies.
  • •Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, sequences of operation, and technical documentation.
