Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business, architecture, analytics, security, and engineering stakeholders to translate needs into functional and non-functional data requirements.
  • •Design and implement scalable batch and near-real-time data pipelines that ingest, transform, validate, and publish structured and unstructured data.
  • •Build cloud-native Azure data solutions with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, ADLS Gen2, Spark, Python, SQL, and related services.
  • •Develop lakehouse and data warehouse solutions using layered patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold) and dimensional or Data Vault modeling techniques.
  • •Implement reusable, metadata-driven pipeline frameworks with automated testing and CI/CD/infrastructure-as-code deployments across environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade data pipelines and analytics platforms in Azure.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Delta Lake.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python (including PySpark) and SQL, including performance tuning and reusable data-processing components.
  • •Experience with ETL/ELT patterns and distributed processing (orchestration, incremental loading, CDC, schema evolution).
  • •Build lakehouse and data warehouse models (e.g., dimensional and lakehouse modeling, star schemas, conformed dimensions).
