  • •Implement clinical trial activities per study protocol, coordinating with investigative sites, CROs, and vendors
  • •Manage and coach clinical research staff to maintain high performance and compliance
  • •Oversee study contracting, budgeting and payment processes for all clinical trial vendors, including investigational sites
  • •Collaborate with department head to develop procedures and infrastructure for the clinical trials team
  • •Design study documents (protocols, informed consent forms, CRFs, regulatory binders) and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
