Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to internal or external clients remotely (phone) or on-site, monitoring the performance of existing automation software/applications at client locations.
  • •Ensure proper operation of automation hardware and software, maintaining operability of client-installed systems.
  • •Assist customers and users, guiding them in the use of hardware and software.
  • •Log all customer calls with active global Hotline contracts within the group’s platform.
  • •Analyze installations to create alert routines and communications to prevent major occurrences; study and develop solutions to monitor installations; install and commission software and hardware at client sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields; higher education in Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation is a plus.
  • •Fluent in Spanish; Intermediate English.
  • •Proficiency with Office suite.
  • •Knowledge interpreting electrical schematics; Ethernet/TCP/IP and Profibus network protocols.
  • •Programming knowledge in PLC Siemens Step 7 and others.
