Sales Associate III

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive revenue by cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining floor/stockroom standards.
