Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute complex IT security transitions end-to-end, transferring services, systems, and personnel into operational ecosystem.
  • •Define project scope, establish timelines, and manage multi-phase transition budgets.
  • •Identify risks and operational bottlenecks, perform impact assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact across clients, delivery teams, vendors, and senior executives.
  • •Oversee knowledge transfer, shadow support, final handovers, and transition dashboards tracking progress, SLAs, and resource utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in project management, change management, or IT service transition roles.
  • •Strong proficiency in ITIL frameworks and Project Management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • •Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • •Expert user of project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Confluence.
  • •Preference for PMP or ITIL v4 certification and a graduate degree.
