  • •Coordinate all aspects of plant maintenance on the C-Shift, including leading and directing maintenance technicians.
  • •Support the Maintenance Manager in directing and coordinating maintenance policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead, direct, evaluate, and train a staff of 15 maintenance technicians and foster a safety-first culture.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor managing direct reports, with demonstrated experience overseeing, evaluating, and training technicians.
  • •Diagnose basic electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and electronic (PLC) problems and direct/assist with repairs.
  • •Develop and maintain an effective preventative maintenance program for equipment and the plant.
  • •Associate degree or completion of a college certification program, or at least 3 years of relevant experience/training in a food manufacturing environment; some weekend work required.
