Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a high-fidelity virtual representation of multiple vehicle types used by Anduril programs.
  • •Coordinate deployment and maintenance of vehicle models and simulation instantiations for ongoing programs.
  • •Create and implement Simulation-In-The-Loop, Hardware-In-The-Loop, and Pilot-In-The-Loop solutions to support flight tests.
  • •Analyze flight test data and perform sim correlations to validate models.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to model system dynamics and meet simulation requirements for rigorous testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline
  • •Experience with aerospace/aeronautical systems (including rotorcraft/VTOL) and/or Subsea vehicles
  • •Experience in flight dynamics/platform physics and control
  • •Proficiency with C/C++
  • •Advanced proficiency with scientific computing systems (MATLAB, SIMULINK, numpy, scipy)
