Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate 15-passenger vans on scheduled or on-call routes between the airport, hotels, and authorized locations.
  • •Adjust pickup/drop-off timing with dispatch based on flight schedule updates.
  • •Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or phone regarding assignments, routing, and delays.
  • •Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections and promptly report safety or mechanical issues.
  • •Assist with loading/unloading luggage, greet crew professionally, and record trip details in company logs while following airport driving rules and internal safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Hold a valid Alaska state driver’s license and meet insurability standards.
  • •Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • •Obtain and maintain airport security clearance and ramp driving privileges; pass a background check, fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screen; lift/carry up to 70 pounds.
