Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of electrical engineers to provide detailed electrical design and specifications for power distribution, switchgear/MCCs, lighting, UPS, emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, and grounding systems.
  • •Design support for facility electrical components and systems, including load flow analysis, equipment evaluation, and building/facility equipment grounding.
  • •Support facility technicians troubleshooting existing electrical equipment and controllers.
  • •Ensure electrical designs and installations interface properly with other mechanical/electrical systems and conform to applicable codes and regulations.
  • •Coordinate electrical installations and maintenance with local electrical utilities, including code review and analysis using NFPA standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or another engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of professional experience on electrical projects including power distribution systems, switchgear, UPS units, and/or generators.
  • •Ability to read and understand power and control schematics.
  • •Ability to read and understand highly technical equipment operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineering (PE) license, plus 3+ years of management experience or 5+ years in a similar role.
