Job Summary

Support Applied Media faculty and students by maintaining college laboratories and workshops. Install, demonstrate, maintain, and troubleshoot technical equipment and facilities in a hands-on role alongside the lab instructor. Assist with development and upkeep of teaching materials, manage lab equipment and consumables, and provide audio-visual support including events. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, logs, and safety/housekeeping procedures, and may travel to other campuses for meetings and workshops.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Applied Media faculty during workshop and laboratory sessions
•Develop and maintain teaching materials and demonstrate use of lab tools and equipment
•Receive, install, and maintain lab equipment and supplies, including preventive maintenance and maintenance logs
•Support faculty and students with the design, planning, and execution of student projects
•Provide AV support for college events and reinforce safety and housekeeping procedures

Key Requirements

•Minimum Higher Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
•Preferred Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
•Hands-on experience in broadcasting, media production, or an education facility focused on production
•Demonstrated understanding of broadcasting networks and prior AV experience
•Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio visual and post-production systems and equipment
