Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the form, fit, and function of HP printheads and resolve product/manufacturing issues.
  • •Implement and drive a product quality system across the value chain, including product qualification and change management.
  • •Engage R&D and product development to enable new product introductions and extensions.
  • •Identify program risks early, determine test methods, and characterize products throughout to address risks and meet end-customer needs.
  • •Drive solutions across teams (process engineering, supply chain, tech support, production) to improve line productivity, yield, and quality, and deliver process simplification and cost reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Material Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies in a fast-paced, high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
  • •Good understanding of quality assurance and process control knowledge.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • •Strong leadership, organization, communication, and ability to work under stress across functions.
