Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and periodically review long-term security strategy, target operating model, and capability roadmap aligned to Qiddiya’s transition to steady-state city operations.
  • •Define and maintain the integrated security command, control, and coordination model, and provide executive oversight of DSOC staffing, procedures, governance, briefings, logs, and operational reporting.
  • •Oversee collection, validation, analysis, and dissemination of security information across personnel, systems, assets, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • •Lead operational integration of security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms, communications, incident management, analytics) into DSOC workflows, including readiness and resilience requirements.
  • •Establish governance for security contracts and supplier performance (KPIs/SLAs, change control, risk/compliance, executive reporting) and manage incident coordination and exercises for major events, VIP/VVIP activity, and elevated security postures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree essential; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Recognized qualification in security/risk/emergency management, business, operations, or a related discipline; ASIS CPP or CSMP (or equivalent) preferred.
  • •Senior-level training or demonstrated competence in incident command, crisis management, or security command-and-control operations.
  • •Extensive leadership experience in security operations, command and control, security systems integration, and incident management.
  • •Proven accountability for operating a security control room / SOC / GSOC / DSOC environment and experience leading command arrangements for major incidents and elevated threat conditions.
