Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structural design and analysis for multiple data center buildings, including hyperscale and colocation facilities.
  • •Develop documentation for tilt-up concrete panels, precast structures, steel framing, and foundations.
  • •Coordinate design deliverables with architectural, civil, MEP, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client standards.
  • •Oversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and calculations ensuring quality and code compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in building structures design and analysis or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • •Licensed U.S. Professional Engineer (PE or SE).
  • •Experience specifically in data center, mission critical, or large scale logistics/industrial facilities.
  • •Experience with BIM ACC (Revit), ETABS, RISA, RAM, SAP2000, Safe, etc.
  • •Experience with precast concrete systems, steel design, seismic design, and foundation systems.
