Key Responsibilities

  • •Trusted advisory: Build authentic partnerships with stakeholders—from developers to C-suite executives—helping them understand the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • •Strategic planning: Partner with Account Executives and UKI Leadership to design engagement strategies for our largest customers.
  • •Team coaching: Mentor the wider practice, guiding them on complex customer scenarios and executive engagement.
  • •Ecosystem integration: Lead complex engagements across the broader cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party tools for a seamless customer experience.
  • •Thought leadership: Lead executive engagements, create customer-facing content, and speak at industry events.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise Architecture experience influencing technology change at a global-scale enterprise level with a focus on Data & AI strategy and implementation.
  • •Commercial awareness with deep understanding of customer and vendor motivations and sales cycles.
  • •Market familiarity with key Data & AI technology players including AWS, Azure, GCP and major ISVs.
  • •Builder mentality with ability to demonstrate and build, rather than just tell, using built examples.
  • •Technical expertise in core data & AI technologies, including Python, SQL, Apache Spark and platforms like Databricks.
