Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day PMO operations including project documentation, meeting materials, status updates, and risk & action item tracking
  • •Prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings and support program planning and reporting
  • •Coordinate workshops and review sessions with program and technical leads
  • •Collect, consolidate, and analyze data (e.g., product lists, dependencies) to support structured analysis
  • •Identify opportunities and contribute to building Agentic AI solutions for the team’s initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
  • •High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • •Analytical skills to structure data, analyze inputs, and support assessments and planning
  • •Hands-on/knowledge of Agentic AI / LLMs / predictive analytics / data mining / statistics
  • •Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) and proven ability to work in a team
