Production Operator

Operate extrusion lines (blown film and coater lines) by leading changeovers, start-up, running, and shutdown. Follow customer and manufacturing specifications and standard operating procedures, maintain resin organization and storage, adjust machine settings for each job, and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately. Direct and train extrusion assistants, support safety and quality improvements (5S and WCM), and comply with product safety responsibilities and supervisor assignments.
