Livestock Coordinator

Coordinate hog receiving operations to ensure smooth, safe movement of animals from trucks to holding pens. Handle livestock identification, weighing, sorting, counting, and processing outgoing animals while tracking non-ambulatory or dead animals. Monitor yard and truck conditions, complete animal welfare audits, and support required PQA/TQA training. Lead the Hog Receiver team alongside the Hog Barn Supervisor and help establish kill/harvest schedules aligned to operational needs and welfare standards.
