Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee trade and transaction regulatory reporting controls, including reconciliations, QA, and pairing/matching activities.
  • •Act as the SME to improve a robust monitoring environment to identify reporting issues effectively and timely.
  • •Support the local manager in dealing with French regulators (AMF, ACPR, BdF), including data and control descriptions.
  • •Ensure BAU continuity by understanding daily processing, identifying risks, and tracing problems back to management and compliance.
  • •Develop and enhance testing and problem-management processes, analyze reporting indicators, and drive remediation with IT until implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in market activities, including derivatives and securities financing/lending/borrowing products.
  • •Expertise in trade and transaction reporting, particularly with regulators (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, MMSR).
  • •Experience using industry tools such as DTCC, Unavista, and the MdF MMSR portal.
  • •Ability to advise management, management and compliance services and make rapid escalations based on issue criticality.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French (German may be helpful).
