Senior / Principal Sustainability Consultant – BREEAM Assessor

Lead and manage delivery of UK building certification and sustainability projects, including competitive bids. Provide technical guidance on BREEAM, WELL and related certification schemes, advising clients on decarbonisation targets, low-carbon design measures, and early-stage sustainability strategy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, analyze, model, report, and present sustainability outcomes, while mentoring junior consultants and overseeing internal quality assurance processes.
