Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct maintenance employees during assigned shifts while ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.
  • •Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and shift overlap updates, including communicating starting work assignments.
  • •Review daily inspection sheets, complete and file maintenance paperwork, and report/forward required documentation.
  • •Provide hands-on production support and troubleshooting, including filling in for vacationing technicians and supporting training.
  • •Lead project/shop work, audit maintenance housekeeping issues, and implement corrective actions while upholding ISO and GMP standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate (or equivalent) with preferred 2+ years technical school.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a multicraft maintenance role.
  • •Experienced and knowledgeable in hydraulic, PLC, and electrical machine repairs.
  • •Ability to read, write, and speak English, and comply with all safety requirements including PPE.
  • •Able to maintain attendance and work required overtime; negative drug screen results required.
