Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate, complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying needs or opportunities.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
