Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and coordinate design packages on complex infrastructure programmes.
•Lead technical design teams from concept to construction, including major transport projects and greenways.
•Ensure designs meet time, cost and quality expectations and comply with relevant standards.
•Coordinate with multidisciplinary inputs (drainage, structures, environmental) and liaise with clients and authorities through approvals.
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development and work-winning activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or similar.
•Chartered Engineer, but progression toward Chartership considered soon.
•Significant post-graduate experience in civil engineering, highways, rail, public transport, or greenways/active travel.
•Solid understanding of UK/Ireland design standards (DMRB, PMG/PMM, TII standards, LTN 1/20/24, NTA Cycle Design Manual).
•Experience with contract documentation for major transport projects (NEC/Public Works Contract) and environmental/ Planning approvals.
