Manage Scrum teams building commercial Java-based, distributed, highly available applications for Mastercard’s B2B digital payments platform. •Manage Scrum teams building commercial Java-based, distributed, highly available applications.
•Take product initiatives from requirements through production.
•Lead and guide agile teams (scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers) to meet business objectives.
•Oversee effective development and delivery of software solutions.
•Drive agile best practices and continuous improvements; coach and mentor the team while communicating progress to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing development teams in a multi-team environment, including remote management.
