Key Responsibilities

•Set strategy, tooling, and outcome goals for operations behind major growth areas including launching and scaling new partner motions and keeping supply of qualified pros ready.
•Serve as the single Commercial Ops liaison to Partnerships, translating partner commitments and growth spikes into staffed, tooled, supply-ready frontline execution.
•Lead cross-functional execution across Success, Partnerships, Product, Data Science, and Finance, resolving dependencies as partner volume and supply needs shift.
•Oversee the supply health model, dashboard, and levers to acquire, reactivate, or adjust pricing and job-fit while maintaining visibility into coverage and actions.
•Lead and evolve a high-performing team of senior individual contributors/operations analysts through hiring, coaching, performance management, and role clarity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,500 - 209,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in Customer Success Operations, Marketplace Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles, including experience managing senior individual contributors.
•Blend strategic thinking with hands-on operations, breaking down ambiguous, high-complexity problems into executable plans.
•Experience in a two-sided marketplace, gig economy platform, or fast-moving consumer/SMB ecosystem (ideally supply-constrained or supply/demand balancing).
•Quantitative fluency with coverage ratios, propensity/probability-based models, or similar frameworks to guide modeling and sanity-check outputs.
•Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled workflows or automation in an operations context, with judgment on when not to automate.
