•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while following the Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), including the ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
