Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality personal training sessions, assess client needs, and tailor programs for individual goals
  • •Maintain brand standards on the gym floor and provide market-leading fitness expertise to members
  • •Engage with members, provide motivation, and ensure safety and correct exercise execution
  • •Complete required CPD points, certifications (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE), and UAEReps qualifications
  • •Coordinate with team members and departments to promote Fitness First services and club events

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary education or equivalent and Personal Training certification (REPS A level) or working towards UAEReps certification
  • •Current certification in personal training and ongoing commitment to CPD and professional development
  • •Ability to deliver personalized training, assessments, and motivation on the gym floor
  • •Knowledge of fitness technologies and programs (MY ZONE, etc.) and willingness to complete required certifications
  • •Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on member safety and programme adherence
