Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary day-to-day client interface and ensure client objectives are met through cost management services.
  • •Estimate, plan, and present final cost plans; review with design and general contractor teams and support development of cost estimates.
  • •Manage estimating and negotiating change orders, reconciling changes and ensuring contractor data accuracy.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, cost checks and valuations; manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports and support negotiation of final accounts; manage cost impact/contingency and commitment tracking, and mentor talent.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or working towards it (preferred).
  • •Experience leading cost management on medium to large construction projects of medium to high complexity.
  • •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters (procurement routes, value management, value engineering) and excellent communication skills.
