Key Responsibilities

•Ensure quarry production levels are maintained safely to schedule.
•Monitor extraction and processing work to the highest standards and adjust production based on required materials.
•Assist staff with technical or staffing issues; coordinate with direct reports on development plans.
•Maintain up-to-date records for inventory, inspection systems, checklists, and financials.
•Keep abreast of health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct site inspections and coordinate equipment/material/vehicle readiness.
