Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and monitor daily site activities in line with approved schedules and work plans.
  • •Act as the main point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and project management.
  • •Ensure compliance with ADNOC Onshore standards, procedures, and HSE regulations.
  • •Assist in site planning, manpower allocation, and resource coordination, and monitor work progress with status reporting.
  • •Ensure work permits, toolbox talks, and method statements are in place before execution; coordinate inspections, maintain site records, and support QA/QC activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas or ADNOC Onshore projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW system, and site execution processes.
  • •Experience coordinating contractors and multicultural workforces.
  • •Good knowledge of construction/site operations and site execution with strong coordination and communication skills.
