Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-site and virtual assessments of service-lane workflows and work with Service and Parts Managers to improve process execution.
  • •Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training curricula for service advisors, technicians, parts counter staff, and managers.
  • •Evaluate associate performance through role-plays, simulations, and feedback, and support continuous development.
  • •Analyze store and market KPIs and run process audits (e.g., service-write-up reviews) to identify improvement opportunities and coaching actions.
  • •Support technology rollouts via change-management planning and end-user training, and act as an SME for training content, certifications, and re-certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in automotive dealership fixed operations (service, parts, or body shop) in a management, training, or consulting capacity.
  • •Expertise with major DMS platforms (CDK Global, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion) and OEM service systems.
  • •Proven experience developing and delivering training programs (in-person and virtual) that improved measurable KPIs.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 50–75% to dealership locations and must reside in a market with company stores.
  • •Ability to conduct assessments, coaching, and performance evaluations using role-plays and simulations.
