Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead final integration activities for unmanned aircraft systems, installing and verifying mechanical, electrical, avionics, and payload systems to specification.
  • •Perform hands-on assembly and integration work including routing, wiring, fastening, adjustment, and system configuration; read and interpret drawings and documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot complex fitment, wiring, avionics, and system communication issues and drive resolution with engineering and quality teams.
  • •Support aircraft functional checks, ground testing, subsystem verification, and delivery readiness inspections; conduct in-process and final inspections.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, traceability, and documentation requirements; coordinate daily build activities and mentor junior technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification or trade school education preferred.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, automotive motorsports, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • •1+ years of experience leading technicians, coordinating build activities, or serving as a technical lead.
  • •Strong experience with final assembly, aircraft integration, system installation, or complex electromechanical integration.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring schematics, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.
