Account Lead in the Fintech HTS team partners with airlines to launch and grow fintech products, driving strategy, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will manage strategic partnerships, use data-driven insights to optimize offerings, and stay ahead of fintech/travel market trends to deliver impactful outcomes for airline partners and Hopper.

Key Responsibilities

•Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with airline partners to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities in the fintech space.
•Product Development: Lead the development and launch of new fintech products for airlines, driving product vision and ensuring alignment with airline partners’ goals and success metrics.
•Optimize Existing Solutions: Work with airlines to improve and grow existing fintech products, maximizing ancillary revenue opportunities.
•Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance and make data-backed decisions to optimize offerings.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless product experiences.
