Own day-to-day personal shopping operations to ensure seamless client experiences. Resolve order issues, returns, and stock discrepancies; process orders, pre-orders, and reservations accurately; and act as a proactive point of contact for clients. Support shoppers to close sales with bespoke client edits and follow-up based on engagement. Coordinate stock requests, consignment deliveries, and client-facing activations, escalating when needed to managers.
