Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the compliance and privacy manager for assigned areas or an SBU, supporting compliance for Care Center business.
  • •Implement and support the SBU and/or Corporate Compliance Program, including HIPAA compliance and audit preparation.
  • •Direct federal and state regulatory and compliance activities, customizing policies as needed for state standards and contractual requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Internal Audit and SIU on compliance matters including fraud, waste, and abuse auditing/monitoring.
  • •Ensure corrective actions are implemented for compliance deficiencies and submit compliance reports to internal committees and corporate compliance as appropriate.
