Supervisor II, Onsite Lab Operations Support

Oversee day-to-day lab operations by leading a team of lab operations and support associates at customer facilities. Ensure uninterrupted material availability, inventory integrity, and GMP-compliant execution for regulated manufacturing and laboratory workflows. Set daily goals, coach performance, manage staffing and cross-training, and drive continuous improvement using KPI data. Serve as the primary operational contact for stakeholders and maintain safety, risk mitigation, and inspection readiness.
