Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations of lab operations and support associates at customer facilities, ensuring operational objectives are met through effective supervision and prioritization.
  • •Lead people development: coach associates, create a safety/quality/customer service culture, manage staffing levels, and run performance reviews and regular meetings.
  • •Manage material availability and inventory control, including monitoring inventory levels, replenishment strategies, minimizing waste, and ensuring accurate inventory transactions and traceability.
  • •Ensure GMP compliance and inspection readiness by enforcing training/qualification, conducting compliance observations, and driving resolution of deviations when required.
  • •Own operational excellence and continuous improvement by using KPI data to identify trends, optimizing workflows, implementing cost/productivity improvements, and maintaining safety and business continuity.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, advanced therapy, biologics, sterile manufacturing, or life sciences environments.
  • •Experience supporting material management operations in a highly regulated setting.
  • •Experience managing inventory critical to manufacturing continuity, including inventory accuracy and traceability.
  • •Experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities.
  • •Strong ability to ensure documentation, training, inspection readiness, and compliance with GMP and site procedures.
