Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities carried out by MEP and civil technicians.
  • •Ensure timely preventive (PPM) and corrective maintenance, including inspections and work order closure within response/resolution times.
  • •Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing/drainage, fire alarm/fire fighting, and civil/architectural maintenance works.
  • •Lead and develop the maintenance team, including attendance/productivity monitoring, on-the-job training, and emergency manpower deployment.
  • •Ensure HSE compliance and contract SLA/KPI performance while coordinating with clients/tenants/occupants and supporting inspections and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.
  • •Additional FM certifications are an advantage.
  • •5–8 years of experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance.
  • •2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • •Experience with MEP maintenance in residential, commercial, high-rise, government, or mixed-use facilities.
