Foreman - Maintenance

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility maintenance across MEP and civil disciplines for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Lead and manage a team of technicians to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor work orders and SLA/KPI performance, and ensure quality workmanship. Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and civil works, maintain HSE compliance, coordinate with clients/occupants, and support inspections and documentation.
