Lead the Broker Management team to achieve portfolio targets by managing brokers and driving both new customer acquisition and renewal of existing relationships. Own commercial underwriting and distribution activity, monitor policy performance for compliance with standards, and uphold Allianz Trade technical underwriting requirements. Develop strategic marketing and target account plans for Canada, identify cross- and up-selling opportunities, partner cross-functionally, and build key broker and customer relationships to support profitable growth, NPS, retention, and service levels.
