  • •Manage the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live, setting and managing realistic expectations.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Payroll, Product) to ensure a unified implementation aligned with client needs.
  • •Lead client meetings to communicate timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • •Provide training and guidance on effective use of the HRIS system for smooth transition and user adoption; troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation; maintain CRM updates and transition clients to the service team post go-live.
