Manage and provide technical support for Epiroc ROT, DTH, and THE product lines for underground and surface applications, acting as the link between customers and the company. Drive new business opportunities and grow the existing customer portfolio by supporting strategies and plans tied to TTM and market share, preparing budgets and quotes, running product tests in the field, and reporting results. Coordinate forecasting, product portfolio management, ERP/CRM use, and ensure compliance with SYSO and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and provide technical support for ROT, DTH, and THE product lines for underground and surface applications, acting as the customer-company nexus.
•Support business growth by exploring new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships alongside Product Managers and BLM.
•Prepare and analyze budgets and quotes, and support monthly product forecasting by matching available local stock to customer portfolios.
•Plan and conduct product field tests for developing new business opportunities, then produce and present test-result reports to customers.
•Manage product-related performance using ERP/CRM and support market-share, TTM, and action-plan reporting, including compliance with SYSO and ISO safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in commercial, technical support, product, or business development areas in mining or related industries, including underground and surface mining.
•Professional degree in Mechanical Civil Engineering, Mechanical Execution Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering or an affiliated field.
•Advanced conversational English proficiency.
•Experience managing products and providing customer technical support, including mining applications, drilling tools (RGD), and mining equipment.
•Strong commercial and analytical skills using forecasting, data analysis, and Power BI; plus autonomy, proactivity, and problem resolution.
