Key Responsibilities

  • •Run a full recruiting desk to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for mission-critical roles.
  • •Partner with client groups on headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
  • •Screen and source candidates, recommending top prospects for interviews based on evaluation and recruiting data.
  • •Coordinate candidate experience, including onsite tours and attending interviews alongside client groups.
  • •Manage offers and onboarding steps, including background checks, negotiating offers, and extending offer letters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, or an associate degree and 6+ years, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
  • •2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • •2+ years of SGA recruiting experience.
  • •Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
  • •Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers, and skilled labor.
