Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct actuarial analyses for different industries and determine technical provisions for Non-Life business (per OR, IFRS and Solvency II).
  • •Participate substantially in the cross-business closing process, including reporting to the Group and the supervisory authority.
  • •Provide actuarial assessment of business development to inform company strategy direction.
  • •Optimize models and processes using advanced data analysis methods and automation technologies.
  • •Collaborate closely with other departments and contribute to group-wide working parties to drive synergies and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or Physics, with an advantage from a SAV actuarial qualification or comparable international qualification.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, with proven successes in improving processes and models.
  • •Strong motivation for automation and digitization, and the ability to contribute creative solutions for continuous process improvement.
  • •Ability to clearly communicate complex topics in German and English, tailored to the audience.
  • •Solid understanding of data analysis, automation and AI tools, including awareness of responsible and ethical use.
