•Provide technical leadership for structural engineering projects in the Water group, ensuring quality and compliance under the Structural Engineering Department Head guidance.
•Mentor and guide junior-level structural engineers, delivering Direct Responsible Charge as needed and promoting technical development.
•Lead layout and design of site development features, including roads, drainage, slopes, retaining walls, and detention ponds.
•Apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to develop structural design solutions for water and wastewater facilities.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering Focus or related field plus 4 years of relevant structural engineering experience
•Experience with ACI 350, Code Requirements for Environmental Engineering Concrete Structures, and related codes/standards
•Registration as a professional engineer in a US jurisdiction with ability to obtain licensure via comity in other US jurisdictions
•A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required to regularly drive AECOM vehicles to project sites; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
•Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Focus or related advanced degree (preferred)
