Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Proactively contribute to a positive team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures; collaborate with Store Management to improve personal sales KPIs.

Salary: SGD 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older and possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
